CARILabour was created to meet a simple but urgent Caribbean need: practical, people-centred labour and employment relations support that understands our laws, our culture, and the real dynamics of our workplaces.

Founded by Stacy R. Hastick, a Grenadian-born, Barbados-based labour-management consultant ,CARILabour brings clarity, confidence, and strategy to organisations navigating conflict, compliance, leadership challenges, and an evolving world of work.

After years of watching employers and employees struggle through the same avoidable cycles – uncertainty about labour laws, mismanaged conflict, policy gaps, and a lack of guidance rooted in Caribbean realities, Stacy built CARILabour as a bridge between people and policy. The focus is simple: help organisations handle employee and labour relations thoughtfully, fairly, and lawfully.
